Welcome to YourLittleHero Books, a brand of Atlas Nexus SL. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Ordering Process
You create your personalized book through our website by entering details such as name and avatar. After reviewing the preview, you place your order and complete payment via our payment provider. Once payment is successful, your book is sent into production.
2. Production and Delivery
The average delivery time is 4 to 7 working days. This is an estimate and not a guarantee. In some cases, delivery may take longer due to high demand or external factors.
3. Changes After Ordering
Changes to your order can be requested up to 2 hours after placing the order. After this period, the book automatically enters production and no further changes can be made.
4. Returns and Cancellations
As this is a personalized product, returns or cancellations are not possible once production has started.
Exception: if the product is damaged, defective, or clearly incorrect, we will of course provide an appropriate solution.
5. Responsibility for Content
The customer is responsible for correctly entering all personal details such as name and custom text. Errors in submitted information cannot be corrected once production has started.
6. Liability
YourLittleHero Books is responsible for printing errors, production issues, and delivery problems attributable to us.
We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
